am trying to find episodes of two different shows, based on moments alone. the google is not helping!

it's Cronus' ship, which they seized in Double Jeopardy. so it has to be after Double Jeopardy.
I'm pretty sure it's Serpent's Venom, but all I did was read the summary on the box.
